What DL Bloodhounds Mantrailing doesn't like about Dominos pizza:
Horrible customer service! I called and ordered at 7:07 pm and they said there was no problem delivering to my address. I even waited while the man on the phone and confirmed it. So then at 7:54 PM I get a phone call notifying me that they cannot deliver to y address (even though they confirmed rgag they could) and after waiting that whole time thinking we were going to get food. Okay so I come from the days when pizza was PIZZA. So for now a day's pizza this is as good as it gets. Man if you younger people could see back when it was PIZZA.
Wonderful staff and always with a smile on their face. Makes me feel welcomed to be recognized and acknowledged as a customer. Three hearty cheers to a wonderful bunch.
Okay, so I'm coming out of the days when the pizza was. So this is as good as it gets for a day pizza. Man, if you could see younger people when it was pizza.

I called and got the actual load not the callcenter to order my usual pizza. it was always the same price, but when the order was made, the fees were over $10,000 more. I had repeated them three times to make sure that I was not mistaken. then he took me to another place to take my card information, something new. I could hardly understand this person, so I hung up. I came in the net and checked the cost of my order, and I was right. I was charged over $10.00 I called the store directly, and again went into the load not a call center. a person called sarah replied. I asked to talk to the manager, and she refused to let me talk to someone. she said I had to do with the call center, but I called back, and sarah answered. I told her I know what they're doing, and I'll tell her. then she started screaming as if I made threats and was rude to her, which I was not at all. When I told her to calm down that I wanted to talk to a manager, not with a commander, and she said: then talk to me I reminded her that she said she was not manager, now she says she is a manager. I told her again that someone charged my card on this number and she got angry again. I told her I'd talk to the manager tomorrow.
