Burger Ranch - Yakima

We were traveling through Yakima and wanted a burger. Food was just ok. Manager was nice and friendly. The interior could use a serious refresh.

Way too loud at drive thru speaker. Felt intimidating ordering. Is that all, in a very rude tone. Got to the window and realized I forgot 2 burgers. It took her almost 5 minutes for her to acknowledge me. She seemed upset that I ordered something else. When she told me the total, I asked for extra fry sauce. She seemed really annoyed now. It took a very long time to get our food. Sunnyside Burger Ranch set our standards much higher. We will try the other locations in Yakima.

Burger was great! I'm a fry girl! They were fresh and crispy just how I like them! Their milkshakes are delicious and season appropriate! Nice customer service very wholesome place.

The place is a bit tired after all these years. Unfortunately the location has dropped breakfast and it seems like they have stock issues. They were out of mushrooms. Not a deal breaker. Just not what I was looking for. Staff was nice and kitchen very efficient. Nothing wrong with the food, just wasn't wow.

Short staffed made for a wait, but the food was hot and fresh and made lunch worth the wait.
