Buffalo Wild Wings - Yakima

Everything was perfect!! I had the Nashville hot chicken burgers and onion rings. It was crispy and fresh. All right! My server Jake ran the whole bar and he didn't miss a beat. Great service. All the staff did it. Anyway, it's coming back.

The service was terrible from the beginning to finish the lady at the entrance asked everyone to have masks that is understandable, but not if the waitress themselves did not wore them second, we were too close to a few that was very unpleasant, as it only separated us a feet of distance, so we asked if we could sit in one of the many empty tables that they refused, although the place was basically empty, which made us so close. Thirdly we ordered 20 wings, but only got 15 and the 15 pieces were dumped on the other mind They were different flavors, but we have not complained at this point we only no longer take care of Finally I revived the bill and we were charged for the 20 wings, so I corrected it and had changed our bill everything that would not have disturbed me and I understand that people make mistakes, but it was their rude attitude and lack of effort that made me write this review

Working power is short, so companies try to make an employee work of 3 people. So you will be on hygiene, quality, much more. I found chicken wings with feathers. The gros cleaned me. Other pieces of bone are comminuted in side wings. It's crushed by chicken wings before killing. The blood comes in meat, then cooks what this last piece is all dried and half meat is gone

Our first time here we spent 80 four people eating. We were not impressed at all. I had the Brisketburger, it was small and dry and crisp, that's not like you Brisket. Will never come back here again, McDonalds, Burger King and Sonic are better than this place and they are not right.

So my fiancé the kids and I went out to Buffalo wild wings today for lunch. When taking our order the manager did not realize that one of the specials was not on during lunch that he had offered us. The orders were taken and we waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive. During that time we had received our drinks and most of us had finished them due to the prolonged wait for our food. Not one time did our server offer a refill until I made it aware that our daughter needed a different drink. At that time they had asked if we wanted a refill but we had already finished our lunch and we’re disappointed with the fact that the food was number one cold we didn’t get some of the stuff that was on the menu due to them being out like coleslaw. And this was just one they had opened at 11:30 or 12 I don’t understand how a business can run without knowing your inventory and capacity to take customers even though the place was full we were one of the first families in the establishment and yet received our food it seemed last. This is the reason I gave this establishment one star we were not even offered a discount nor did somebody come in apologize for such bad service. We paid good money and just expect good service we will probably not be going back to this establishment again.
