Amazing smoked jack fruit sub (vegan pulled pork) this afternoon very impressed your catering for us veggies too really enjoyed it!

It was my pleasure last week to be one of a few people lucky enough to sample an early run of the smoker and the wings, ribs and brisket. I have enjoyed chicken wings in the past but never really understood the enthusiasm some people show for them, until now. The chicken wings Tally produced were spicy without drowning out the flavour, which had depth and was distinguishable between the two variations I tried and the meat came clean off the bone while retaining its texture and bite. I urge anyone who gets a chance to try the food at the Hot-box Original Smokehouse and take a moment to chat with Tally as I know he aims to please with his food and appreciates the feedback.

The chicken is juicy and full of flavour and the ribs... back off theyre all mine!!! : they do bring out the animal in me! Deffo check it out.. coming to a festival near you this summer!!
