Food taste 9/10 Decor ambiance 9/10 Service 7/10 Wine wine service 6/10 Decent 5 course lunch set for TWD 2,380 (SGD 100). Presentation was amazing and decor lovely. Wine service was poor. Asked for the menu twice but sommelier replied “just tell me what you feel like and I’ll recommend”. Terrible attitude. While the concept was chic 10 years ago, it’s getting somewhat outdated in today’s Asian fine dining space. App... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about L’atelier De Joël Robuchon:
Food 6/10 Experience 4/10 This restaurant does not live up to the hype. No water was served for a long time after we were seated. We informed in advance about vegetarian preferences but they were still confused, I found it very strange for an international restaurant. Long time gap between courses. Dessert sauce was too sour to eat, coffee was below average, the only thing I liked was the bread and salted butter. View all feedback.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful French restaurant in Taipei, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly creative, with each dish being a true work of art. The chef's attention to detail and use of fresh ingredients was evident in every bite. Additionally, the wine selection was impressive, and the staff was knowledgeable about pairing options to enhance our meal. The service was also top-notch, with the team being attentive and helpful throughout our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a truly memorable culinary experience in Taipei.
Already been here twice in a month . Hands down one of the best FREE bread a restaurant can offer. The overall presentation is immaculate. The price isn’t even too bad if you just not order the caviar stuff lol. Ordered completely different stuff on both visits and was not disappointed at all. Favorite thing to get here is definitely the beef tartare, their frenchfries paired with the tartare alone is worth going lmao. Our server had the best personality as well. Sorry I forgot his name again but I believe it was Herald or something. He has glasses and short hair and is one of the nicest restaurant server I’ve ever met. I look forward to be served by him every time I dine at the restaurant. If you’re in Taipei and wanted to celebrate for an event or simply want a great meal, L’atelier is a must go restaurant. Been to so many high end restaurants my whole life, this is top 10 for sure. 11/10
Amazing experience at two Michelin star Robuchon. Best wines thanks to Benoit’s recommendations, the sommelier. I had the anchovies, and jambon as starter and quail as main course.

There’s a lot of competition and this restaurant should do a better job with the attitude of the wine sommelier.
Joel Robuchon, an internationally famous restaurant, the Taipei restaurant has also won the recognition of two Michelin stars. ALL dishes are perfect, detailed, and delicious (of course, it’s Robuchon). I would love to shout out to the Chef of Dessert. His efforts and talents finish our lunch with an excellent instead of a sudden ending. It’s common to have a routine and boring dessert at the end of fine dining at other restaurants in Taiwan. But here, it’s unforgettable.
