All the dishes were delicious. The staff was also kind.

Today's recommended dish, grilled hokke from Rausu, was smaller in size but cooked to perfection, and I ended up finishing every last bite. The kakizuke from Saroma was a slightly sweet vinegar dish, and the pickled herring had a nostalgic taste. We also ordered a sashimi platter, and the scallops and octopus were incredibly fresh.

The thick and fluffy rolled omelette was incredibly delicious. The miso soup was also very tasty. I am highly satisfied. I was able to relax and unwind. I envy the locals. As a traveler, I may not have the chance to come back, but I definitely want to eat the rolled omelette again.
