After ordering, the... read more I visited this restaurant for the first time in the early afternoon. There is plenty of parking in front of the store and across the street. After ordering, the ramen arrived promptly with a generous amount of soup. The toppings included chashu, naruto, menma, and green onions. The soup had a nostalgic soy sauce flavor with a hint of seafood. The noodles were straight and you can customize the amount of green onions and the firmness of the noodles when ordering. There were black and white pepper on the table, as well as vinegar and homemade chili oil. The chili oil adds a nice touch and changes the flavor profile. The taste was simple yet very easy to eat, not too thick or thin. It was understandable why customers kept coming in and out. However, for those who prefer rich soups or Jiro-style ramen, it may not be satisfying enough. I would like to visit again when I am nearby.

It seems like some time has passed, but the taste hasn't changed at all. I think it's a soy sauce-based soup with dried fish, but I'm not sure. I like it better than the one I had at Shogatsudo last time. It was delicious even when I added the original chili oil for flavor. I came in just before lunchtime so I was able to get a seat right away, but I think it gets really crowded at lunchtime. People around me were eating fast so I ended up eating quickly too. The parking lot is located next to the store and across the street, but it may be difficult to park next to the store.

The normal portion size here is equivalent to a large size at other restaurants. Many people were ordering extra green onions, although it wasn't on the menu, so next time I want to try ordering extra green onions too. You can customize the taste with pepper, homemade chili oil, and vinegar, so I think it would be okay to order a large size as well.
