I also love the concept; for just an extra $6 (and the prices are already quite reasonable), you can pay for someone else's meal. The attached coffee shop is fantastic as well. I had the Cuban panini and my husband had half a club. They were huge. A great opportunity to pass on it by having a little extra for someone who has a hard time.

This restaurant is an asset to the community. The husband and wife owners are wonderful people. The restaurant relies on volunteers to help with different duties when opened. This a great community service to get involved with. We helped serve at the Saturday brunch. Lots of fun and good people.

During our visit to Greene County One Bistro, our chosen spot did not disappoint. Although it was a late lunch hour, the service was prompt and friendly. The food was exceptional! We made a great choice. I must also mention that the overall concept of this establishment deserves not only five stars but a Golden Trophy as well!

By paying a little extra, you can help ensure that someone in need gets a good meal and doesn't have to go hungry.
