Mcdonald's - Xenia

The place needed a good wipe down. Highchairs were dirty. Tables dirty. Food was good. Girl that served us was friendly.

So I go on dr-thru just for a big mac. So I get it and park ,bun Hard and burned at the bottom. So I go in waited 7 min while the manager on the phone taking care of a customer at the window. Got a remake and some EXTRA SALTY ,SALTY FRIES. SO the fries in trash and the 2nd big mac. $4,79 wasted. This is why I don't eat out . I see why you all ALWAYS HIRING .FYI as I enter the Restaurant I found 8 Criticals and yes I can name all 8. Will not Return at all.

The last 4 visits I have been missing food or have used a coupon and had trouble getting my food.... they said I needed to get my receipt out of the trash because they didn't give us both of our sandwiches we paid for, even though we had the receipt that was stuck to our bag... so who couldn't just go get any receipt out of the trash. They need to get their stuff together. Xenia deserves better, I don't know if they need retrained or what but come on McDonalds give us what we pay for!!

Im not really a breakfast person, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good !Parking: plenty of parking and handicap parking
