Frisch's Big Boy - Xenia

Got sat then Waitress went to Cash register for quite a while. I went to register paid for my drinks. She asked if I had a ticket, I said no. She asked who my server was....I just tossed a $10 (apparently I had a cashier and not a waitress). Proceeded to then leave.

I met the owner And family. They were dissatisfied with all of the above. I will probably not spend my money here, again. No Xenia big boys for me!

This location has the slowest drive through of any fast food location I've ever seen. I started watching a show on my phone and finished the 23 minute show. I was only the 5th car in line when I ordered. This is my third year visiting the area and shame on me for making the mistake each time. Always love my burgers from Friches but this is too much. If the location can't handle a drive through, make it a walk in only.

Ordered a buddy boy sandwich it is required to have four slices of ham. It had 2 slices very skimpy and the price is $6.00. I told them and the manager said I wanted a free sandwich. No dude I want what I paid for! I drove off and won't be back!

I’m not sure if there is a new manager here, but a year or two ago I posted that the service was bad. That is not the case anymore at all. I’ve been back numerous times in the last year, the service is always quick, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is in hopes that they will have the breakfast bar at night a couple more times a week lol.
