We LOVE Chipotle, but not this location. Waited in line 25 minutes. No one even acknowledged I was standing there waiting! No be with you in a minute ...nothing! A guy working in a different area finally cme over and started my 2 chicken bowls order. The meat was cold and they were out of several items. Love her fajita vegies, but they were not ready yet as it was only 11a. They apologized for being out and paying for my meal! Thanks to Chipotle staff! says a lot about your customer service
Entered for the Nurse evaluation and was met with the expected line. Had to wait a few minutes because they had to cook more chicken and steak. It wasn't upset, but the staff came out and gave us all free drinks so we had to wait. Then they jumped through our orders and we were in less time than originally planned. Great service, great staff, super satisfied customers:
