Although the restaurant was full and the staff was running to serve, they were immediately interested in arranging us as well as taking our order, Spiros (waiter) an impeccable professional had training and helped us with what we would choose to eat...really that came on the table it was delicious!!! We singled out the mushroom risotto with truffle (fans of this particular dish think it's one of the best we've tried) as well as the pancetta steak from Stavlis. Surely after this experience we will go again soon!!!
