They still haven't lost their edge, didn't have paella this time, but between us we... read more Haven't been here for some time, back in Javea and gave it a try for dinner. They still haven't lost their edge, didn't have paella this time, but between us we had a sea bream, Pork and Lamb. All of these were wonderful, the fish was delightful, cooked whole with a garlic sauce and it was perfect, firm flesh, bones just fell out, it was Wonderfull. The pro was cooked to perfection as was the lamb, accompanied with Mediterranean vegetables, I'd recommend that anyone not fancying rice still gives their menu a try. As usual welcome was friendly, waiting staff were excellent and very patient with my poor Spanish and did help me when I stumbled rather than making me switch to English which is great otherwise how else do I learn. Still I would say one of the best restraints to visit in Javea and I'll come again before I leave.
