Unfortunately, the drains kicked up a stink every few minutes, which r... read more We came to the bar for a drink and sat right at the front of the bar overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, the drains kicked up a stink every few minutes, which ruined our experience. We had our two doggies with us and one of them accidentally knocked over a ceramic plant pot at the front after another dog walked passed and tried to say hello. A member of staff came over and cleared up the mess and said it was okay. That was until the bill turned up and they decided to charge us €40 for the damaged pot, claiming it originally cost €80! Whilst we understood that it was our dog (a puppy still) who accidentally caused the damage, we did not expect to have to pay that much for the damage. All the other bars along the same area had plastic pots, something this bar chose not to have. Unfortunately, although we were happy to take responsibility for the damage (not €40 though) it is highly unlikely that we will now return.
