However, we were very disappointed... read more Ordering Dorada A La Sal we were aware of the waiting time of 25min but we were looking forward to this expensive speciality. However, we were very disappointed to being served (after 50min) a Dorada soaked in butter. Rather strange and obviously not cooked in salt crust.... the staff was more interested in serving some paellas. Why not apologize and ASK the guest what else they want if the kitchen is too busy?

We were delighted we did as the food was superb and the service was too. Two of us had the steak (solomillo) and two of us had the fish (dorado). According to the meat eaters, the steak was probably the best they've ever had. The fish was also excellent, perfectly cooked and there was plenty of it. We all had dessert, they were all delicious and beautifully presented. Well eorth a visit.
