However, we were very disappointed... read more Ordering Dorada A La Sal we were aware of the waiting time of 25min but we were looking forward to this expensive speciality. However, we were very disappointed to being served (after 50min) a Dorada soaked in butter. Rather strange and obviously not cooked in salt crust.... the staff was more interested in serving some paellas. Why not apologize and ASK the guest what else they want if the kitchen is too busy?

Great night. Very reasonable for such nice food €100 a couple. We had Gambas, croquetas, and scallops for starters muy, muy bien!!! All had steaks for main, the mushroom sauce on mine was delicious. Definitely return next time we're in Javea.
