Thought i'd save some cash by picking up 2 for 1. Never again Pepperoni pieces a couple of microns thick. Well done to the surgeon that saved a few pence on those. Cheese on both pizzas totally bland. Pineapple saved it from being a wash out. Fresh taste to it. Service when will staff in fast food places learn. I don't want to hear about the **** wages. We have previously had take aways from here but this time will be the last time. My husband placed the order and made a mistake we were never offered the chance to order another pizza as I’m vegetarian and a chicken and pepperoni came because the person on the phone hung up, clearly didn’t want our custom and they were made aware I didn’t eat meat, so I went without any tea.I rang to speak to the manager and have left having strong words as feel like he has questioned me and is making out I’m a liar and I also got hung up despite the manager just claiming all his staff are polite and he has never known it before. At first the manager did offer a complimentary cheese and tomato which I felt was kind but you can’t offer that to then make out your customer is a liar. They don’t value your custom stay away or go to the other Blackpool store as the staff there are polite unfortunately we had to change due to the delivery area. I can’t stand rudeness and this situation was handled poorly they need to have lessons in manners and customer service.

The food arrived after about 55- 60 minutes and the first look was the wedges were anaemic not one speck of colour on them. It was all cold and had to be reheated before we could eat it. I can honestly say it went in the bin as it was awful, all very greasy and apart from the jalapeño no taste at all. We didn’t bother calling the shop as their guarantee is to replace any you’re not happy with and to be honest we couldn’t have faced another one. Never again is as much as I can say
read moreMe and my girlfriend ordered pizza and garlic knots on Sunday, we only got the garlic knots because of the special pizza sauce it comes with but once delivered we realised they had forgotten the sauce. They was no point ringing as our pizza and garlic knots would have gone cold by the time they got here so the this ended up being a waste as they wasn’t very nice on their own

Shoddy management Poor product Overpriced Tasty pineapple. Tried and now on the avoid list

The ordering process is easy, the delivery person is friendly, and the pizzas are delicious. While the rest of my family typically orders regular pizzas, I have to get the gluten-free option due to my Coeliac Disease. Papa John's makes the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. I have tried other pizza places in search of a good gluten-free option and finally found one at Papa John's. In a recent experience, my daughter accidentally forgot to request the gluten-free crust for my pizza. We called the restaurant in Cleveley Thornton (Lancashire) hoping they had not already made it. They had, but they went above and beyond to make me a second pizza with a gluten-free crust. They even delivered both pizzas, so we ended up with a free one. Paul, who we spoke to on the phone, was incredibly kind and accommodating. We are now all fans of Papa John's, especially Paul, for their exceptional customer service. They truly went the extra mile to make things right for us, even though it was our mistake. Three cheers for Papa John's (and Paul)!
