The Viaduct is a pub that I've wanted to visit for sometime. It always looks appealing from the outside, so me and the wife finally paid it a visit and we both really enjoyed it. We both decided to have the gravy burger and the food was delicious. The staff we're very friendly and welcoming. I've already recommended it to family and we will definitely be paying another visit. What Gail M doesn't like about Viaduct Tavern:
I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends. Two of us ordered food - my friends had the gammon while I chose the korma curry (which was the curry special on Wednesdays). The restaurant wasn't busy, but we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. Unfortunately, my meal wasn't good at all. The korma wasn't hot and the chicken tasted like cardboard. Went today with my family for my 60th birthday lunch. Being refurbed atm so were in the bar instead of the lounge. Staff were welcoming and brilliant at their job. Food was fantastic as usual, today I had the surf and turf. The steak was chargrilled, cooked to a perfect medium which I asked for and soft and succulent. The scampi was soft and moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, chips were divine. A little gem of a place to eat and will be even better when decorating finished. Thank you for making our lunch so special.
Myself and my mother went for a meal last night, what a wonderful evening we had. We both had the sirloin steak with all the extras it was very tasty, cooked to our liking, couldnt of asked for a better meal. The staff went above and beyond for us, creating a wonderful welcoming environment. We can't wait to return thank you for making us so very happy. We left with the biggest smiles
Sean and his team are amazing, had a steak and rocky road pud, absolutely brilliant. Quiz night brilliant. Sean promotes such a good atmosphere
We pulled here with the steam engines for a little road run and light refreshments, the food was very reasonably priced and the wait was only about 20 minutes for food to come out, the burgers where Fantastic very tasty, and the lasagne was very nice to, worth a visit only 1.2 mile from the seven valley railway, the staff where very friendly and accommodating.
The bar staff were very helpful and polite The food we had was very good and the price was very reasonable. Called again different staff but the service was still as good as the first time.
