Starbucks Coffee- Stourport Road

The employees at this restaurant, especially the younger ones, seem to be more interested in goofing off rather than serving their customers efficiently. Additionally, the menu options are not as diverse as other locations in the same chain.

I brought my two children to this Starcrooks on 30/9/23 at around 1pm. The restaurant was empty, with 5 staff members standing around. The tables were dirty and still had leftovers from previous customers. The floor was also dirty and littered with food crumbs. When I asked a young female staff member if my drink was ready, she rudely replied that she doesn't make drinks, someone else should be doing it, and walked away. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

I usually use the drive-thru, but decided to come inside to enjoy the cool air conditioning. I was hoping for the same great experience I had two days earlier when I had a delicious pumpkin spice latte topped with cream in a proper cup. Unfortunately, this time my drink was served in a paper cup with the lid on, which squished the cream and made it look unappetizing. It also didn't taste as good. As I searched for a seat, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the dishwasher was broken. However, my hopes were dashed when I saw a man at the next table enjoying his drink in a proper cup with cream. I felt disappointed that I wasn't given the same treatment, especially considering the high price of the drinks. I want to give a 5-star rating to the two young guys who were working on Wednesday, September 6th at 11:30am - they did a great job and made me feel great. However, I can only give a 2-star rating to the two guys who served me on Friday, September 8th at 11:30am. They didn't do a good job and I left feeling quite let down. Overall, for both visits, I can only give a generous 3-star rating. Please remind your staff that presentation is just as important as the quality of the drink or food itself, and all customers should be treated equally.

Amazing customer service from such kind and helpful staff. My drinks spilt all in my car just 5 minutes after picking them up from the drive through, so I went back and staff re-made my entire drinks order for nothing and threw in a cookie. They also put labels over the drinks lids to provide extra security this time. I would highly recommend this store to everyone I know and would go here more often because of the kindness of staff and the quality of the drinks. Thank you so much to the guy at the drive through and the manager today !!

Probably the best customer service in Kidderminster. Well done to all the staff and especially the Manager for employing such a lovely team coffee is delicious too.
