Starbucks - Wyre Forest

The restaurant had unprofessional and unclear staff. They closed the upper floor early and asked us to leave because there were not enough seats available downstairs. This disappointing customer service left a bad impression.

One of the worst cafes I’ve been to. Too many staff not knowing what they were doing, got the order wrong- only two coffees, you’d think that was easy enough. The staff very impolite, totally ignored me when I asked why the toilet seemed forever...occupied- NB it seems homeless people were using it as their bathroom... took them forever to open the downstairs ‘handicapped’ one for me They really do need to do something about the management

Been in this caffé and try to relax my self after a long day but it was not really a plesant visit, rude barista that after spending a lot of money for 2 ice latte and few snacks, they make me wait 5 minutes for...2 glass of water with a very grumpy face and other 5 minutes of queue to tell me the numbers to access to the toilette. Very disappointed.

Perfect for a mid afternoon well needed pick me up. Yes it’s busy, it’s really busy and there was a few cups that hadn’t been cleared but no problem just move them to another table out the way. Cheap nice coffee and a great choice...of pastries just what we needed.

Saying that both the toilets are out of order just to avoid having passers-by use them. What about the customers? Not the first time this has happened for me to even doubt whether it is done on purpose or not. Ridiculous!
