What a wonderful experience! We hired Gettin'Fresh for a rehearsal dinner. As a wedding planner, it is my job to make sure our referrals are outstanding and Abbie and her team did an exceptional job! What Mark Kricheff doesn't like about Gettin' Fresh Catering Roll Call Food Truck:
Disappointed terribly. Tried two items at Grand Rapids food truck fest at Calder Plaza May 2023. 1) Fattoush wrap had NO pita chips. Dressing was delicious. 2) Lox sushi burrito didn’t contain lox. The salmon was hot-smoked (cooked) not lox. Rice was not well seasoned and was served cold and crunchy—from a refrigerator — not served appropriately at room temperature. I had high hopes but those hopes were unfounded. View all feedback.
Wowowow!!! I cannot rave about Gettin’ Fresh Catering and Abbie Sterling more. We used them to cater our wedding this past weekend and it was above and beyond our expectations! Not only was Abbie a gem to work with during the whole process, but the whole experience day of was more than we could’ve ever imagined. The food is PHENOMENAL! My husband and I are huge foodies and we were definitely doing our food happy dance all through dinner and even this past week (we got to take home leftovers . The options to choose from are wide and are not your typical catering options which we loved when booking. The only thing I would’ve changed would be having the time to give Abbie a big ol’ hug! We’ve received so many compliments from our guests. Gettin’ Fresh helped make our wedding the best weekend of our lives. We will never forget it. If you’re on the fence about booking take this as your sign. 110/10 would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you so much Abbie!With love,Christina and Adam Marth

We hired the food truck for our son's outdoor rehearsal dinner. The appetizers were delicious and our food choices were prepared well and quickly presented to our guests. Abbie and her staff were awesome to work with!
