Fiesta Banquet Hall - Wyoming

The Fiesta is a stunning venue with bright, high ceilings and an impressive bar area before entering the banquet hall. The space is quite spacious, comfortably accommodating 25 tables. We attended a football banquet for St. Peter's Prep, and the catering options were surprisingly good. The salmon and green beans were tasty, as were the pasta dishes and chicken. Additionally, the location is easily accessible from the highway and quite visible.

Large catering hall on Route 17 south. Good parking and self parking. A great event for cocktails, dinners and dances. Large bar, but only two bartenders who worked very hard, decent pass for appetizers and ok food at the table. At dinner was parta passable . My selection of fillet mignon good but salmon selection dry. Impressed with servers that have worked very hard to deliver and pick up dishes. Consider the booking of your parties here.

I witnessed an incident where a parking lot attendant told a party host to "go f*** himself" simply because he arrived in a car that was not in the valet parking area. Later, I discovered that they were attempting to slash his tires with broken glass. This experience has made me decide not to host any events at this restaurant, and I won't be returning as a guest either.

We recently celebrated my daughter's wedding here and couldn't be happier. Service from the first handshake to the final goodbye was nothing short of outstanding!! Your new rooms are fabulous and the food?....WOW!!!! Thank you all so much for making this evening as special as possible, truly amazing!

I have been trying to get my deposit back for a party we intended to hold at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we couldn't due to COVID. They told me I could receive a credit for my deposit to use for a future event at their establishment. However, I explained that I have no plans for a party and would prefer a refund of my deposit. They insisted I should be grateful for the credit since many companies aren't offering such options, suggesting that I wouldn't be getting my money back. I don't understand how they can take my money, cancel the party, and refuse to return my funds. It makes me wonder if they've used my money for other events and no longer have it available. Because of this experience, I will not be recommending this place to others, despite having hosted numerous family gatherings here over the years.
