I arrived at 6 PM for my reservation, only to be informed that they don't actually take reservations. Fortunately, it wasn't busy, and I was able to get a table without any issue. However, if it had been crowded, it would have been very frustrating to have made a reservation only to find no table available. I used the app to make a reservation and was informed that I would be first in line upon arrival. However, after driving all the way there, we found out there was a wait of 1.5 to 2 hours at 8:00 PM. We ended up leaving feeling quite dissatisfied. View all feedback.
The server was taken aback to discover that they were listed on OpenTable and did not have a table prepared.
Buffalo Wild Wings does not take part in the Open Table waitlist, which makes me wonder why that option is even available on their website.

I will be trying to contact this Buffalo Wild Wings as well. But they apparently do not take reservations. I have photos from the website that clearly say that they do and a link on their site that brings you to open table to make a reservation. I made the reservation because I was going on the day of the Michigan/MSU football game. I knew the bar would be busy and thought the reservation would be helpful to make sure my friend and I had a place to watch the game. I showed up on time and showed my reservation confirmation to the hostesses. They said “we don’t take any reservations.” Which is fine but they didn’t seem to care even after showing them the photos of their website. They said, “well we don’t have any tables, but you could try to find some seats at the bar.” I hope they care enough to fix this problem so other people don’t make the same mistake.
