Biggby Coffee - Wyoming

I visited this Biggby around 6 PM one evening, and as soon as I walked in, an employee stood up and loudly declared, "We are closed! We're having a team party!" It was frustrating, so I mentioned that they should put up a sign on their front door. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years, especially since it's only half a mile from my home. However, I've noticed the quality of service has declined significantly in the last two years. There are several other Biggby locations within five miles, so if this situation continues, I won't hesitate to take my business elsewhere.

They serve large cold coffee drinks, particularly the mocha caramel and chocolate flavors, which are excellent.

My wife loves this place; it’s a great chance for me to win back her affection, or maybe she just really enjoys feeling happy here.

The worst Biggby site in gr. I gave this place several chances last year and every time I regret it. it's always something. sometimes they are closed by chance. they are often from what I command. they always go crazy slowly. today I sat at the drive thru without cars in front of or behind me and waited to order 5 minutes. I'd rather go to the kalamazoo 60th place. never again

Today was my third day ever coming to this location and Kim greeted me with “i remember you from your smile” and proceeded you read out my order PERFECT without me even giving a hint! I swear these baristas give the absolute best service and i will not be going anywhere else after today because they are too awesome <3 thank you for working so hard and leaving such a good energy
