Now I see why they get a 3.9 in rating, although I’m surprised that it’s not even lower than that. I’d give a 2.5 if I could but I couldn’t so it’s an overall 2 for me. I’ve always loved their food but it’s just not worth it. Dining in, you can at least make sure that your food is correct, send it back if not and hope for it to be right this time around. Service not all that friendly. Hasn’t ever been. Management acts like they just don’t care, especially when ordering delivery. BEWARE! If you go the delivery route (ie: DoorDash) They will get your order messed up 99.9% of the time. They will leave items out, and will not pay attention to any special instructions or modifications at all. Twice recently I ordered the same exact order. Stupid I know, but my son wanted a specific thing they have there. Both times my sides were messed up/inedible. The coleslaw was either missing or already went bad. My fries were raw. The second time I had mashed potatoes instead and it was obviously spoiled leaving me again with just one small sandwich to eat. The spoiled coleslaw was put sideways in the bag and spilled all over the bottom getting all over everything. I had nothing to drink and was dehydrated so I just ordered a pop. Told myself they’d forget it and that I’ll probably have the same issues as before. And of course I was left with the same exact outcome and absolutely nothing to drink. I had to order somewhere else just for something to drink. It just seems like the staff there have given up and don’t really care anymore. Too bad

They were out of bacon. ! This restaurant just isn 't good at all. Stopped by for mid afternoon lunch last Thursday. Tables were cluttered, the whole place was dirty, floors were sticky, and the building is in terrible disrepair including the gross ceiling . They were understaffed, service was poor, and the menu chain wide desperately needs an update. Food was made wrong missing ingredients and also badly overcooked. Our server was inhospitable, and even unkind. Plus they were out of bacon. ! It seems like the owner of this restaurant has cut the labor budget to an unsurvivable level divesting and just letting the place go. As another reviewer tried to warn, Just don 't. Parking: Plenty of parking, right in front of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is good.

Absolutely 100% pitiful. I stood in front waiting to get seated for over 10 minutes and I looked at my phone and timed this. Two employees saw me but continued just to wait on tables and do whatever they wanted. I finally had to yell to somebody and say are you closing? Are you still open? She said we’re still open till nine. No one ever even offered to seat me so I walked out. Funny thing was she didn’t even even care. I really would like to know what is going on in this place. I’ll never be back here again. I am a business owner and do very well. Maybe I didn’t look like a good tip to them. I don’t know. But either way customer service here failed miserably today. By the way, there were only a few tables so no one was that busy. Also that waitress went to the cash register twice. And each time walked by me like I wasn’t even there. I know she saw me. I see it as pure laziness. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever ever been so angry at a restaurant 60 years of my life

Was not busy at all and wait staff took the extra time to get on one another's nerves. Food was good and our service was ok. Not sure we'll go back or not... Parking: In a small strip mall with a large lot so plenty of places to park and the handicap spaces are right up front. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is plenty wide for a chair but no automatic door so someone needs to hold it open.

It's been awhile since I've eaten at a big boy. There are none left where I live. There seemed to be a fair number in Michigan though. We were there for the breakfast buffet and were not disappointed. There was a nice selection of hot foods. And for those times when you want to pretend to be eating healthy there were plenty of fruit and other healthy breakfast items available. I like the bacon and the various sausages. The biscuits were delicious. The gravy was a little bland. Overall a great way to have a great breakfast buffet. Service was excellent and the place was very clean. Everyone was friendly. It was just overall a very pleasant experience.
