What James McDowell doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Though I live on the east side, I work on the west side. Have ordered delivery to work three times from this location. The only thing they've gotten completely right was the regular stuffed crust. This store didn't put any of the special spices or seasonings on it. Tonight I ordered the Hot Honey. Same. There was nothing hot or sweet about it. Now, this doesn't mean that the pizzas tasted bad. It just means they didn't taste special (didn't taste like they were supposed to). They just tasted like a regular pizza I could order any time. From now on, anytime I want a specialty pizza, I will only order from the Hut on the other side of town.
Why would they say 10 cinnamon rolls on the website but only deliver 8??
They charge too much for their pizzas. That’s why I’ve been gone to Little Caesars now.

Pizza Hut makes their thin crust which is my favorite, that's why they are still my favorite pizza place.
