This is byfar one of the best chinese food in Casper. The reseraunt is old and very outdated, you only see the little old lady who owns it and her husband cooks. Sometimes the wait is a little long but well worth it. She is very friendly and remembers you from long ago.. We were gone for 5 years and remembered us when we moved back.
