The Occidental has been around for decades is a popular location for all occasions. What impressed us on this visit was not only the fantastic service but also the quality of the muscles that continues to be their signature dish.We sat out in the laneway trying their cocktail Belgium beer menu (waiters are very knowledgeable so ask for recommendations), eating from their varied menu. Great people watching that way too.The inside is a little tired, but you can forgive them for that being a historic building
This place has been one of the best places for mussels for a long time.Great selection of European beer, good food and good service.Probably one of the best Belgian Beer Cafe's in the country!!
Service is a highlight as well as the seafood platter. We couldn't decide which sources to go with. The waiter who is nice enough just brought two cups of sources to try. You can't miss Mussel pot!
Nice place to hangout and spend time with friends, great crowded and also they served amazing beer.. i love this leffe dark beer.. nice and best one
Visited a month ago. Always busy and packed so its good to make a booking beforehand.<br/ <br/ Tried the taste of the land platter and was amazed at everything. It was perfect for us and it sure was filling.
