The rice in the sushi is definitely overnight rice. We ordered Jajang noodles and had sushi... the noodles are very similar to the packet jajang noodles from the korean store and the sushi was definitely made from overnight rice... we will not be going back and we wish them well. A favourite for quick lunch breaks. Takes me less than 30mins to head there from work (across queen street to queen's arcade, join the sometimes-queue, get my selection of fresh sushi, back to the office to chow down before my break is over.
