I fished one out and they w... read more Made a mobile order for an iced coffee with whip cream. Got home, drank almost half and noticed 3 black dots floating in the coffee. I fished one out and they were gnats . I have never been so disgusted. I am sure they were frozen in the ice. Yuckkkk. I called and the lady who answered of course pretended like she did not understand. I just started going to this location and now I will NOT be back. Please do better and keep the ice bucket covered, at least. Gross!!!

They didn't cook the hash browns... read more New building in the old location. Second time going and will be my last. The coffee is watered down and did not match my order. They didn't cook the hash browns correctly, so they stuck together in one blob of potato. I had a free coffee reward offer that didn't come off my total amount as it was supposed to because the worker was unable to work the register correctly. Not to mention the unpleasant cold service. Sticking to the locations I'm familiar with.

You don’t have to get out your car and the wait wasn’t bad either. I tried their lemon loaf and it was scrumptious with my hot lattes. Yum! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
