The worst dunkin experience ever. instead of taking my order, the employee has joined an extra-service employee. when I had taken my order, it wasn't even.

Today I went through and got 2 wake up wraps and hash browns, but I never got the hash browns. Same thing happened on 10/9 where I ordered snackin bacon, bagel minis and a donut and I never got the donut. I’m not one to complain when it happens once, but a second time is annoying.
