I have been going to Flames for years and can't quite understand all the negative reviews. I've only had one instance where my order was incorrect, but they happily fixed it. The portion sizes are always generous, and the food tastes fresh. I've always ordered and picked up my meals myself, so I haven't experienced any delivery-related issues that can come up.
