I had challenges with my online order and Elijah was extremely patient with me and offered to help resolve the issue allowing my kids get to school on time while enjoying their favorite electric berry. Customer service was exceptional, I'll be back for sure!

I placed an order online. I received a confirmation email and order number only to be told they didn?t receive the order. Instead of saying they would make the drinks quickly, I would have to wait longer, I left having my card charged and no product. They were too busy to look into at that time. I?m very disappointed that I waited 20 minutes and received nothing. Edit to add: Shawn called immediately and offered a remedy. I appreciate that! He was very kind. We will return.

I went into the store yesterday and I wanted a fresh pretzel, destiney made sure that it got done quick ! All of the workers are always super nice and good attitudes especially Timu and Ashlee! Love the smoothies also ! I recommend the strawberry surf rider
