Pepe's - Wylde Green

I will admit the food is up to standards, however, the customer service is shocking due to the fact that every time ive been served there they always appear to have some form of attitude towards customers. Once before i was ordering some food and mentioned around 3 times i wanted a rice box (the cashier even confirmed with me when reading out my order for the rice box) however after waiting 20 minutes for the food to be ready, i was only given a half of my order, and realising my rice box wasn't also in the bag. I addressed my concern to the cashier and she was very blunt and passive aggressive towards me and gave me a look up and down, which for starters isn't to great to do to a customer. (id also like to add on i was very polite in this situation as it wasn't to big of an issue; just a confusion) Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As soon as I came in I should have known by the awful customer service from the woman on the counter that this wasn’t going to be worth the bother. I honestly wish I hadn’t come back to collect the order. Pale wet chicken, rude ignorant staff who continued to ignore me when I asked how long my order would be (after 20mins of waiting). My first visit and definitely my last. Thank god for piri finos, nandos and even stale bread at the back of the cupboard as they’re all worlds better than this rubbish. Decent food just hate it when you’ve ordered a meal for 5 people And they don’t want to give you any sauces they put 2 sauces in the back for 5 people what we supposed to do share them?
