Wye General Store and Cafe - WYE RIVER

Coffee and cakes are great. Lunch choice is limited but good quality and sitting out on the front deck looking at the sea is worth a trip.

Wanted to stop to support the community after the fires but the coffee and food was really worth it. sausage roll and pies , bread baked on the premises as well for you too pick up . Service really helpful, pleasant and efficient . toilets across the road on the beach

Even 1 star too many, visited this store for lunch on our way to Apollo Bay... Greeted with the rudest customer service and received the poorest quality food. Worst toasted cheese sandwich for the minimum cost of $8.50, only received the smallest slab of plastic cheese and the thinnest slice of home brand bread, not even cut in half!! Coffee was cold and will not be returning. Do not go here.

Great staff, clean, gluten fee food..easy at no extra cost...yay. breakfast the morning after, good. Hot tea and coffee. Warm with good heaters on a cold morning.

We drove all the way from Melbourne to have their salt and pepper calamari and it was not on the menu! They had taken it off.....bring it back, I say!!! Management please listen and put it back back on your menu. The other choices in the menu are very limited and am not a fan of sardines. We won't be back until it's back on the menu.When you have a winner dish, stick to it!!!!There were a couple of birds flying inside the cafe.....and like previous reviews, the service is very slow almost non existent and food overpriced.
