I found the experience very good overall. We were left waiting at least 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to us to bring us to the table but this was the reason I only gave them 4! The service after that was excellent and the food was amazing as always
My party of six ordered food, but one main dish and a side were missing, forcing us to divide up the meal. My son-in-law has complained, but has received no response to date. I have waited to write this review, but have ultimately given up. Our meal was ruined and we received no compensation. Although I typically love Nando's, this level of service is unacceptable. If the restaurant wants us to return, they need to address this issue promptly.
I ordered food to go - specifically, a 1/4 Chicken with Peri chips and coleslaw. The total bill came to £7.20 and the food was still warm and delicious when I got home. I had no complaints and will definitely be returning soon!
It was a breath of fresh air visiting this branch, much better service and aknoledgment by the host and quick usual nandos style food, better than most nandos we visited in the past.
This restaurant was a terrible experience. My family and I arrived around 8pm for a meal and were unfortunately seated next to a rowdy group with unruly children. Midway through our meal, we decided to move to a quieter table in the corner that had been unoccupied the entire time we were there. However, we were scolded by a waiter for not informing him before moving, as he now had to clean the table we vacated. This seemed unreasonable as it only takes about 30 seconds to clean and wipe a table. Why should we have to endure a unpleasant dining experience just because the staff couldn't be bothered to clear a table? The attitude of the waiter was unacceptable, acting as if clearing a table was a massive inconvenience. It's their job after all. They need to improve their customer service.
