What Sajjad A doesn't like about Muffin Break:
This restaurant in High Wycombe is the worst place to eat. The staff are rude and unprofessional, displaying aggressive behavior towards customers and even mocking them in a childish manner. The manager appears ineffectual and unable to manage the staff properly. They need training in hospitality and are ultimately responsible for the negative culture of this establishment. The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff were incredibly rude and lacked any sense of customer service, especially the blonde manager who was mocking us in front of the Asian manager. It seems that treating customers poorly is normal for them. It was a very uncomfortable experience, especially with my children. In the end, we decided to take our food and go to Starbucks. We will never be returning here again. Don't waste your money here. Choose Starbucks or Costa instead.
Don't go there young girls serving long fingernails giggling rude to customers Young girl of afro carabion arguing with customers tokack of respect and professional behaviour waiting for reply from head office disgusting behaviour
We ordered a chicken chorizo and mozzarella toastie and an americano at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the coffee was not as good as expected. The toastie had little filling and was very bready, leaving me dissatisfied overall. I have eaten here before and the food was usually really nice, so hopefully this was just a one-off experience.
Unpleasant staff, Looking through the glass window was 4 white english ladies/staff gossiping and staring at us!? I’m 8 months pregnant have a 17 month old baby ordered a hot chocolate for my niece to sit outside was told i need a takeaway to sit outside. Feeding my 1 year old baby outside and after 10 mins a lady came out and said she was told that we cannot sit there as we ordered a takeaway hot chocolate? I said i can feed my baby though right? She paused then said i was told you can’t sit there and you must leave. Unreal… will never go here again with my baby, niece or sister-in-law! So rude and they werent even busy.
