Crowne Plaza - Wycombe

We were warmly welcomed and received excellent service from Mohi, who was friendly and efficient. We held a baby shower celebration lunch for 10 people in the bright and airy conservatory. The food was beautifully presented, and they were accommodating of us bringing balloons and cake. As Quad members who frequent the Aqua Bar for our weekly coffee meetings, we may consider having more lunches at this restaurant in the future.

Our experience at the Crown Plaza during the Christmas period was delightful. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed breakfast every day. Bridget, who welcomed us with a warm smile each morning, showed genuine interest in our daily activities throughout our stay. She also served us in the bar, always being pleasant. Our return visit to the hotel in January was just as enjoyable, as Bridget immediately recognized us and provided us with the same excellent service.

The hotel staff provided excellent service during our four-night stay at the end of April/early May 2023. Bridget at the restaurant was especially attentive and kind to myself, my wife, and our toddler son.

Viktoria catered for us and it was splendid. We had such a beautiful meal with a lovely view. Thank you very much!

Mohi was an excellent host and waiter, as were all of the staff. The view is always amazing, a hidden gem.
