T.S.Maa has probably the best Chinese Food I have eaten. The quality of the ingredients,the fantastic use of spices and flavours-bold but never in excess and the kindness and caring of the service staff make this place perfection for a meal. My friend and I went for lunch yesterday. Our server Timothy was just amazing-gave us the right suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the food. The restrooms are clean,the atmosphere wonderful. It is wheelchair friendly. Call ahead,as it can get crowded..Let them know in advance about allergies or other concerns,and they will do their best to accommodate you. They have gluten-free options. Their three spice crispy tofu was just stunning. Vegetarian options: But do ahead and ask regardless. This place is the best! When dining in, staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies which is often a struggle for me when eating out. Even with take out, they make sure to label all gluten free food. I’ve only ever had good experiences, amazing all around!
