I arrived after having booked a table for 3 people for lunch online with confirmation of the booking sent to me, only to be told that no booking had been made. The staff were not actually concerned with this. I also heard someone else say that they had booked online too and that no booking had been made. After a catastrophe with eating in our hotel we found this place and it was not disappointed. well cooked. great friendly service and a very relaxed atmosphere. well made young to provide the standard of eating they have done tonight when considering how busy they were excellent. my partner was a chef in france in a top-restorant and he is very hard to please, but he saved over eating when we left. keep it on xx
Love the robin hood, eating and service is always excellent. on Friday (5th mai) again visited the service was great, staff are always friendly, I had the cured meat pizza that was really good and it was huge! also love the fizz Friday deal. definitiw mine go to the pub for a beautiful not expensive meal! also visited the last two christmas' for Christmas dinner, which was always beautiful and a great festive atmosphere!
We came to my birthday this evening and it was one of the best meal I ever had! the service was excellent. especially sarah, our waitress. we will definitely come back xx
What would I not recommend. nice eating. friendly, happy staff, stunning decor, a special note to sarah and chef for a first-class experience. the day literally save! Five.
Really friendly rexaled experience/ atmosphere, lovely building....old but modern. Excellent friendly helpful hard working staff specially VICKY THANK YOU. Great menu and lovely tasty food and drinks. Our table was on ready on time and clean. Great place to eat, sit and enjoy!! Definitely recommend and go again. Dave
