Royal Spice - Wychavon

Been getting emails from here every Friday with 20% off offers for takeaway. Finally thought we'd give it a go. But wish we hadn't. Delivery was half hour late. Food was watery and little taste to the dishes sauces. My Veg vindaloo had very little flavour, just had heat. Other family members said that all 3 dishes were luke warm, and although they came free, the papadoms were soft and yogurt mint sauce was warm. (Warm yogurt is not good). Majority of takeaways and restaurants in Stourport on Severn are very good. We will stick with those we know and will not use Royal Spice of Hartlebury again.

Once again, we had a fantastic takeout meal. The food was freshly cooked, hot, and delicious. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the delivery was on time. The Tarka Daal was perfect, the King Prawn Madras was outstanding, and the Sag Paneer was just right. We will most likely be ordering from here again tonight, and maybe even tomorrow.

My mother and I, both of South Asian descent, were served undercooked food at this restaurant. When we politely informed our server that our food was raw, we were met with racist comments and hostility. The staff made it clear that they did not want to serve people like us, despite the fact that the food was not prepared properly. To make matters worse, they charged me for the full meal even though they had thrown it all away. This restaurant is awful, and the people who work there are equally terrible.

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years and it is the top spot in Worcester. The staff is always exceptional and the food is consistently delicious. I have never had a negative experience here.

Staying overnight at the Travelodge and booked in here for our evening meal. It was excellent and would love to come back again. The food was amazing. Well worth a visit.
