Wuppertals schönster Biergarten und der Innenvereich in einem alten Schwimmbad ist sowieso einmalig. Die Karte ist an einen bayrischen Biergarten angelehnt und unser Kaiserschmarrn und Salat waren lecker. Service passte auch View all feedback.
What Rainer Weiß doesn't like about Wuppertaler Brauhaus:
The restaurant outside it is pretty and you think that after you get in you will be surprised..But the whole concept it is disappointing! The building used to be a swimming pool and the managed do so little to change it. The food was below the average and the beer the same .I was expecting more View all feedback.
For 10 years, I have been nurturing the modern form of the letter-friendship, the mail-friendship, which was created by chance, with a mature swab girl that enthuses the love of South Tyrol. This year a multi-day visit to Bochum was held for the Musical Fans. Since it is not far from Bochum to Wuppertal, the visit was planned last autumn. Girlfriend, mother and teeny Filius and dog lady went on the adventure Wuppertal. The goddess had no interest and so we made four people with dog the city unsafe. On 1st. August the Schwebebahn open the plant and I crawled out all that I learned in school about the city in advance. The new suspended cars were also a premiere for me, because when I wanted to drive with them last year, the long forced break came. Now you're wondering why I'm driving so little with the old lady. Very simple: My entire private environment is not close to the Schwebebahn. At noon we returned to the Wuppertaler Brauhaus. Since 1997, the former swimming pool has been a place with a very rustic ambience. You can see more details on the homepage. Of the over 100 breweries in the valley, the brewhouse is the only bride temple where beer is brewed. I can only remember the four or five, but I'm not supposed to be a beer drinker. The place is a little hidden, but well signposted to the right of the Barmer Town Hall. We slept through the slender heat and were happy to shave under the trees in the shade in the beer garden. The real place inside, where the bear steps on weekends, is forbidden for dogs. I went to the former Barmer bathtub with my visit to stages. Outside a very clean bowl with goose wine for the ladies and gentlemen Wuff. In the beer garden the usual beer garden chairs with fixed tables, about a awning as sun or rain protection. On the table in a pot cutlery and napkins, the menu laminated and casual on the table. Day card with a court was not our case. Everything but clean and well maintained. Quickly a female, serviceable spirit came and kindly asked about the drinks wishes. We quickly ordered cola and water. Grandma wanted to try Wupper Hell. Operation, which immediately realized that I was on the way out with a visit from the outside, pointed out by the Old Lady that the Wuppertal beer is not comparable to the lemonade with beer taste, which comes south of the Main into the glasses. The local beer has it in itself. Also at the risk that the senior would be somewhat strange later, she ordered it and was enthusiastic. A second glass we were able to talk to her, because it was still on the runway to the zoo where we parked. On a discreet call, the nice lady picked up the orders. Sausage salads with cheese and bread were ordered to 8.90 Euro, then wild salmon with zucchini tomatoesGemüse and roasting stick to 14.90Euro, as well as curry sausage with pommes and herb salad to 8.90 Euro. In exotic things like heaven and earth with lilacs and onions, you don't dare. When the heat was in the valley yesterday, I wouldn't have taken it. After a reasonable waiting period, all the dishes arrived at the same time. The portion of sausage salad is very lush and rich. Above it parsley and two slices of dark bread in the size of baguette slices. Mother and daughter had both and there were different opinions. Daughter lacked vinegar and salt, but immediately brought, mother tasted it without if and but and the bread was called the crumb, so good it was. Filius his food consisted of a large slice of salmon natural well roasted. The amount of vegetables I optically found a little bit a little bit and the roasting sticks were counted. Six sticks in the size of Pomme's sticks. Mayonaise was also served, but the lemon forgot to fish. Currywurst wanted to try. A long sausage in a well tasted sauce with a clear portion of pommes lay on the plate. Curry over it. The Pommes good, but no more. Then the herb salad. Self-made and tastefully refreshing and good. With the stars for dinner, we're doing hard. Good ..yes, decend ..yes, we were fed...yes. But the stool doesn't tear one. If you're in barms, you can get rich there. Better than in all the different hip high-speed locals that plant the value in exchange with euro stores. The ambience of the old bathing facility is of course the eye-catcher. In the whole place the most embarrassing cleanliness. Toilets also very clean, even if only hard to reach for people with mobile phonecap, as it only goes up several steps and then down again. Staff also very friendly and trained. In the small shop in front of the building you can also discover the beers of Wupper light and Wupper dark and various other culinary delights from the region for home at civilian prices.

My wife and I visited the Brauhaus restaurant in Wuppertal after a shopping on 27.7.2010 at 12:30. Only the foyer was opened in the entrance area and the smoking area. The upper area was provided with locking cables. Since there was room in the smoking and outdoor areas, we (NR) put ourselves in the smoke room. The doors to the non-smoking area were often provided. After about 10 mins we could give up our order and didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. The soft beer was served in the bottle with a jar. Since I don't like rinsing water in the glass, I dried the beer glass with a handkerchief. The food was disappointing for us. It tasted fade and absolutely not fresh. The pommes were only partially salted and seemed to be warmed up.
Beautiful location (not enough alone) with not very professional but friendly service. Taste of food standards, but very overpriced. At the carnival, the beverage prices were not communicated transparently at all. So when we asked about the prices and then the difference between the beverage prices and the amounts we paid, it turned out that the staff had rounded off in his favour and the exchange money was not spent by the staff alone. We like to give tips, but there is no such thing. No serious impression, not recommended
