with pizza does not have much to do in the oven. my pizza was so busy that the teig had no air to unfold. quintessence was that the ply was quite watery and without the unavoidable rostaroming in a good pizza. the conditions are good (wood stove,) the result still has potential. who expects a typical pizza is disappointed.The pizzas covered with fresh ingredients are baked directly on stone on the wood fire. the pizza simply tastes completely different and unique. the pizzas can be ordered by phone, pick up and enjoy at home or eat directly in front of the place.
