The place has an impressive selection of traditional baked goods from Germany that it’s almost hard to choose what to order as everything looks delicious! Coffee was tasty and the...shop was very clean and tidy ! Very cute!
We tried the vegan burger, Spinach knodel and spring rolls. The taste was just average and rather dull in taste.
We had here wonderful cheesecake and gluhwine ! Seems like everyone is coming here for a before dinner drink! It's hard to find a place to seat but it's worth it. You can even seat outside and enjoy your view on Wurzburg
Other than an early morning Starbucks coffee at Frankfurt airport, Köhlers was our first German food and drink of a five week European vacation. After travelling from Australia for about a day and having been awake for hours or so, we'd dropped the...bags at our hotel (Hotel Zum Winzermännle) and looked for something to do that might stop us falling asleep. And this was it! The coffee was great, the cakes really nice (if a little too rich in chocolate) and the scones with organic raspberry jam and really thick cream were perfect. We saw they had some great choices for lunch too, and the slightly elevated position with lots of tables on the windows meant it was a great place to relax and watch the city come to life on a Friday morning. The staff members were wonderful and replenished our cappuccinos . . . without laughing at our feeble attempts at German!
I enjoy the food and environment here, but not so much the lining up and long waits to get the food! Here there are healthy options, thankfully.
