It was a doctor's appointment that had to fall on my wedding day. But instead of disturbing me, I tried to connect both. So I decided on my PC to a place near my doctor. The choice then fell after some reflections about the restaurant Four Seasons in the Haugerpfarrgasse 3. Two days before I called there to book a table. But the Lord on the phone told me that this is not necessary for lunch. It would be advisable to visit the evening. There was some joy that we weren't tied so in time. However, the joy was somewhat dampened, as the entire Haugerpfarrgasse is currently a huge construction site and the many passers-by here in the city centre push an additionally narrowed way. We fought and led the massive entrance door of the restaurant. Inside there was a two-wing pendulum door after a small entrance which was opened by a friendly service. She asked us to wait for her to find a suitable table. After a short time she came back to tell us that absolutely nothing would be free. The place was rough. Our long faces and the note about a rental wedding day showed some effect and she talked to her boss. Then a little miracle happened. Some guests were quickly implemented and a small table was made free for us. Happy! 5 stars saved first, despite the wrong phone trip. I could use the short waiting time to take a look at the full-occupied guest room. What I saw was very rustic, massive wood and walls with alleged exhibits from the peasant wars, exploited field tools and much more. Our order was then received relatively quickly: Gänsebrust with lumps and blue wort at €16.80 and lumps with lumps and mixed salad at €13.60. The woman would have liked to drink a Cola light, but that was not possible because only Sinalco Cola gave it €2.30. I wanted to have a small water, but there was only 0.5 l to 3 €. This is a half-star trigger. Both dishes tasted very well, only the sauce to goose breast got a small minus point compared to another restaurant. My salad was provided with a garlic dressing and included a herbal mix that is visually and tastefully suspected that it was not a great sweetness. It was a crisp, delicious salad. Only the red beds I left. I've never liked them. Invoicing and payment was just as busy as order intake and food conservation. I felt very pleasant. When we left the restaurant, we were accompanied by boss who opened the doors and wished us nice holidays. Where did this great attention come from? Did you see how we took photos and looked around? In any case, this very pleasant attention does not matter. From me there are 5 stars for food minus half a star for the restricted beverage selection. The 2 hours wart time after the doctor will certainly not be as good!
