Had a variety of items. The fried green tomatoes and fries okra needed a dipping sauce but still tasty. Nice portion size not too big and not small either. Tried the molasses with the biscuits not a huge fan but others really enjoyed. Fried chicken, hamburger, chicken and waffles (waffle fries), and a couple of other dishes were all good. I heard so many great reviews about their wings so I decided to give them a try— and let me tell y’all I was not disappointed at all! I love this place. Finally tried the spaghetti, and it blew my mind. Also, you can't beat the sweet potato cheesecake!
Tried Chicken salad very good. Burgers were good too. Two sides we tried fried green tomatoes fried okra and pork skins . Coconut custard pie is wonderful. All SP staff were amazing.

OMG! This food is dang good!!! Lots of okra as a side dish. Great sweet potato cornbread. Loveeed the old stool home fried chicken. We walked there but has parking next to building. If u want seat get there early
I’ve been looking forward to this experience since I moved here several months ago and it did NOT disappoint! From the warm friendly service, to the fabulous play list, the atmosphere was fantastic! I had a hard time deciding on what to order but I finally chose the iconic pan fried chicken with a side of okra and a sweet potato biscuit. Hands down, it’s the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot since I come from a long line of amazing Southern cooks! I’m so glad I saved room for their signature Sweet Potato Pie, OMG! Run, don’t walk if you’ve never experienced this amazing restaurant! Bravo Vivian, Stephanie and team! Can’t wait to come back.
