Ordered food via the website for a relative, half of the food wasn 't properly cooked upon inspection. Spoke with the manager and was told it was nothing they could do without a check number. Even though the full name and order number from the web receipt was presented, it seemingly isn 't enough to locate the order. In fact, the manager stated it would be too much to go through to find the order without that ..how a... View all feedback.
They have good food, but the carpet just smells horrible. It made me lose my appetite entirely. Please remove your stinking foul carpet and never put carpet in a restaurant. Disgusting.
To start this place had no customers in there and we still had to wait 15-20 mins for some reason for a table. Second the waiter would dissappear and not check on us. Third the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium and half of it was rare and other half was well done for the longhorn steak. Fourth the first long Island iced tea tasted like water, went to the bar to get another one to see how it was made and it was made in the back weirdly. I asked if it was top shelf and they said yes but I didn't see them pour any type of liquor and just used a squirt hose to make it. The second drink still just tasted like sweet and sour mix. This place is a joke never eat at longhorn steakhouse I wasted 120 dollars here
Food and service were both excellent! Managers were fully engaged in helping the servers also. Highly recommend!

We were traveling great distances between stops and that just made the food taste better when we made our way to a restaurant . Our server, Ed, brought our food and all the side items that make it an enjoyable meal. It was a great break from our travels.
