I was in a hurry and needed a quick decaf coffee for the road. This was my second attempt at this location. There were five employees working, there was little business and I was the only inside customer, yet it took five minutes to be addressed haphazardly. I went to cash register with my orange juice and $10 in hand. No one acknowledged me. One person kept waiting on people in their cars. I put the juice back and walked out. I then went to Krispy Kreme and bought 3 dozen donuts and my orange juice.
I’ve tried this location many times because geographically it’s convenient for me. i have been countless times and every time the customer service is horrible. i usually do a mobile order in a rush and walk in to get it 15min later and it hasn’t been made. then i have to wait another 20ish min for any of the employees to even acknowledge my presence. the drinks are poorly mixed and everyone there has an attitude. do not recommend. customer service is horrible and rude. most of the times it seems like a chore for them to make the coffee i’m paying for.
I've only been here twice and both times were a disappointment. First time I got coffee that was cold and the second time I got 4 hot chocolates that were all completely room temp. It's a shame to because I live 2 minutes away and would go by all the time if it wasn't so bad.
Just left Dunkin Donuts on Country Club!!! (11/28/2023 4:08pm )Horrific experience!! The lady that took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She had terrible customer service skills and for some reason today SHE couldn't make anything we ordered. Not to mention me and my husband go there at least once or twice a week and order the same thing every time. But today was different!! Better yet SHE was different!! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I will say my experience the other times were good but whoever this lady is that’s working right now as we speak…well she’s bad for business!!!
They only fill your large coffee to the height of a medium coffee. At first I thought it was a fluke, but they keep doing it. Some of the workers there are very rude (Drive-thru lady) and could care less about serving you. Take my business to Starbucks from now on.
