What DeuceWooo doesn't like about The North And South Wales Bank:
We had breakfast here one morning it was fairly quiet as it was early, but for a man in there working, but I don't suppose there's a right or wrong time to do your job. The man behind the bar was really welcoming, we got served our breakfast in no time at all. Why are the baked beans always cold though? View all feedback.
This isn't the first time this has happened but what I don't get is you ask for eggs benedict and they say they have none so I said poached egg on toast then say we can do fried or scrambled?.. Makes ya laugh that ya if you have a chef that's cooking you telling me they can't do poached egg only fry or scrambled? Also skimpy on the butter..

Whilst in Wrexham today having been to hospital for my son’s cardiology appointment we had to get some bits for my daughter to get ready to go back to school. While we were shopping the heavens opened and my son was crying for a feed we called in here and I asked if I could please take a seat and feed my 14 week old son he is exclusively breastfeeding, I was told no. When my partner explained we would be no trouble and would be a short time we were once again refused. My partner then said it’s pouring out and you want my Mrs to sit in the rain to feed our son and he replied “I don’t care” and we were told to leave. I am absolutely disgusted by this. His attitude was disgusting and there was roughly 15 people inside and there was plenty of areas that I could have sat and fed my son. I will never step foot in this place again and will be encouraging everyone I know to also stay away. I suggest maybe some customer service training and possibly a human decency class.... I really hope this never happens to anyone else.
I was very disappointed in the phone call I made to this branch this morning regarding the recent press release that three members of staff have been tested positive for Covid-19. I explained that I visited on the 10th August 2020 for one drink only,I was waiting to visit another restaurant nearby and was killing time with my family and this was the first place we saw. When I entered I was not approached or asked to complete any track or trace items, I took it upon myself to complete a paper which was posted in a unsanitary cardboard box. We left within 30 minutes as the way in which the person at the entrance (blonde female) was conducting herself shd the nature of the clients was appalling and not an environment o wished to stay in. When I called today at 11.30am I spoke to the duty manager Mel Debbis who was very patronising abd disinterested in my concerns, even thought I explained my husband is a NHS nurse and I work with adults with many disabilities and are classed as vulnerable In fact her advice was that all the data has been passed onto the relevant organisation and terminated my call by putting the phone down on me. I was horrified. I called back to ask for the name of the person who I had just spoken too and was interrogated by my call and who I was. I was then provided with a telephone number for customer services which is currently not taking calls. This just exemplifies their commitment abd attitude to keeping their staff and moreso customers safe. Please DO NOT visit, go elsewhere. We visited at Nags Head where their commitment to ensuring everyone is kept safe is excellent
Don’t we all love a spoons? Had a lot of good times in the north and south bank spent with friends. Very good value and the food is surprisingly nice. Sometimes the queue can be edging on the ludicrous on a Saturday night but that’s the same with everywhere. The only real downside is that it isn’t open 24/7!
