I called the restaurant, and they offered to send a new bun, but I requested a fresh burger instead. When the delivery person came to pick it up, he claimed it wasn't that bad. I wouldn't have even given it to my dog, let alone my 7-year-old daughter.

She falsely ac... read more I used to be a loyal customer at Cymru Kebabs, but unfortunately had a negative experience with one of their delivery staff members named Jessie. She falsely accused me of mistreating my child and lying, which led to the police being called to my door. These accusations were proven to be untrue, and the police realized that Jessie was making false claims against me. I have decided to no longer be a customer at Cymru Kebabs due to this incident. It is disappointing to know that they still have Jessie as a part of their delivery staff. I would advise anyone considering ordering from Cymru Kebabs to be cautious, as you may encounter Jessie, who has proven to be a deceitful and vindictive individual that lies to the police and wastes their time.

I had chicken kebab with chips which tasted delicious chips were good also. My misses had regular lamb kebab which she says was very tasty. Staff were very kind can't fault the manager Ercan for being lovely as always! 100% will be returning on a regular basis do not miss! Recommend to friends and family.
