What drg0dfrey doesn't like about Ye Olde House At Home:
Be very wary of visiting the Ye Olde House at Home, they operate a stealth parking fine system (very poor signage), the car park they allege is for its regular customers. Drinks 10.00 pounds Parking fine 60.00 pounds. The pub has good kerb appeal but it is not reflected internally, beer is average. View all feedback.
The old family pub has great food and a good selection of beer. The friendly, old-fashioned service from the landlord and landlady will be greatly missed.

Despite the current challenges facing pubs, YOHH is worth visiting and supporting. Whether you visit alone, with a partner, or with family, you will receive a fantastic welcome. It's a shame that it's not packed every night, but with rising costs, it's understandable. Remember, use it or lose it - support your local pubs!
Very enjoyable experience. It may not be the fanciest place, but it is still worth a visit. After reading some previous reviews, maybe breastfeeding vegans should consider dining elsewhere. The beer selection is excellent and the service is top-notch. The restaurant seems to attract a mix of older and younger patrons, catering more towards a mature crowd.
Ok pub and garden. Small choice for vegans on the menu but good choices and a proper vegan burger that doesn’t.t fall apart when you cut it. Would visit again
